Reviewing Reports

Reports summarize timesheets data. Only managers can run some reports. If you try to run a managerial report as a regular user, some information may not be displayed.
  1. Run a report by performing the following actions:
    1. In the Menu panel on the left, click Reports.
    2. Click the report that you want to run.
    3. Filter the report results by setting the values according to your preferences.
    4. Click Submit.
  2. Optional: Perform additional actions:
    1. To refresh the report, click Actions and select Refresh.
    2. To display the report details or submit a report description, click Actions and select Report details.
    3. To summarize and sort the report, click Actions, select Summarize, and follow on-screen instructions.
    4. To save the report as a .PDF file, click Actions and select Export to PDF.
    5. To save the report as an .xlsx file, click Actions and select Export to Excel.
