Recalling Pending Timesheets
Recalling pending timesheets is useful when you want to update an
unapproved timesheet. If you are a delegate, you can also recall timesheets
on behalf of another Pega employee.

On the Timesheets Home page, in the
Calendar panel, perform the following actions:

If you want to recall your timesheet, ensure that your
Name
is selected.

If you want to recall a timesheet as a delegate, click
Name
and select the appropriate person.
You can only recall the timesheets that you submitted on behalf of another Pega employee. - Select the Pending timesheet that you want to recall.
- Click Open timesheet.

If you want to recall your timesheet, ensure that your
Name

Click Recall this timesheet.
- If prompted, click the action link.

In the Recall dialog box, click
OK.
The timesheet is Pending-Update.
- Edit the timesheet.

Perform one of the following actions:
- If you want to save a draft version of the timesheet, click Save for Later.
- If you want to submit the timesheet for your manager's approval, click Submit.
- If prompted, click OK.
