Recalling Pending Timesheets

Recalling pending timesheets is useful when you want to update an unapproved timesheet. If you are a delegate, you can also recall timesheets on behalf of another Pega employee.
  1. On the Timesheets Home page, in the Calendar panel, perform the following actions:
    1. If you want to recall your timesheet, ensure that your Name is selected.
    2. If you want to recall a timesheet as a delegate, click Name and select the appropriate person.
      You can only recall the timesheets that you submitted on behalf of another Pega employee.
    3. Select the Pending timesheet that you want to recall.
    4. Click Open timesheet.
  2. Click Recall this timesheet.
  3. If prompted, click the action link.
  4. In the Recall dialog box, click OK.
    The timesheet is Pending-Update.
  5. Edit the timesheet.
  6. Perform one of the following actions:
    • If you want to save a draft version of the timesheet, click Save for Later.
    • If you want to submit the timesheet for your manager's approval, click Submit.
  7. If prompted, click OK.
